PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM OUR WEBSITE WILL REQUIRE A PHOTO IMAGE OF THE PRODUCT IN QUEST. ONCE PROVEN THIS PRODUCT HAS A FAULT YOU MAY RETURN THIS PRODUCT FOR A REPAIR IN WHICH THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE.

    REFUND

    • We will refund your purchase amount minus any shipping fee (except free shipping) back to your original payment method.  If your card has expired we can process your refund to your new credit card.
    • If you paid via PayPal, you will be refunded as such – however, if your payment was processed more than 45 days prior, please contact us for an alternate refund method.
